Gilbert Caught A Felony Case. Damn Man !

Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas was charged Thursday with felony gun possession, a crime that carries a maximum five years in jail and a fine, authorities said.

The charge was announced Thursday afternoon by the U.S. Attorney's office for the District.
Arenas's attorney and prosecutors had been negotiating a plea deal during the day and it was not immediately clear whether the filing of charges was a part of the deal. Court officials said they had been told to prepare to have Arenas in Superior Court on Friday.

The U.S. Attorney's office alleged that on Dec. 21, Arenas "did carry, openly and concealed on or about his person, in a place other than his dwelling place, place of business or on other land possessed by him, a pistol, without license issued pursuant to law."

The guns became an issue after Arenas and Wizards teammate Javaris Crittenton got into an argument after a card game and Crittenton allegedly said he should shoot Arenas in his surgically repaired left knee, sources have said. Days later on Dec. 21, after a practice at Verizon Center, Arenas placed the guns on a chair next to Crittenton's locker with a note that said "pick one."

A grand jury began hearing testimony in the case on Jan. 5. But it was not immediately clear whether Thursday's charges came from the grand jury or directly from prosecutors.
Arenas's attorney, Kenneth L. Wainstein, could not immediately be located and prosecutors so far have not commented.

Also Thursday, D.C. and Arlington police searched Crittenton's home looking for the gun he reportedly used in the locker room confrontation with Arenas, according to sources familiar with the investigation and court papers.
Police did not find the gun at his Arlington home in the 7:15 a.m. search, Crittenton's lawyer and the court papers said.
Reached through e-mail, Crittenton's lawyer, Peter White, said he was not available to talk, but offered this statement:

"I can confirm that a search warrant was executed on Mr. Crittenton's apartment today, that Mr. Crittenton cooperated with the officers conducting the search, and that no evidence was found or seized by police."

The police affidavit in support of the warrant was sealed Wednesday by an Arlington judge at the request of investigators, said Theophani Stamos, Arlington's Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney.

Damn Gilbert ! The Season Is A Wrap For The Wizards

Damn Gilbert !
NEW YORK -- NBA commissioner David Stern has indefinitely suspended Gilbert Arenas, saying the Washington Wizards guard is "not currently fit to take the court" for a game.
Arenas

Stern says in a statement Wednesday that Arenas' actions will "ultimately result in a substantial suspension, and perhaps worse."

Because Arenas violated NBA rules by bringing guns into Washington's locker room, Stern decided to punish Arenas now. He said the suspension begins immediately.

Stern says he originally planned to wait for the criminal investigation to be completed before taking action, and directed the Wizards to do the same.

Every game Arenas ends up missing during the suspension will cost him $147,208.
The suspension comes after multiple media reports over the weekend said that a dispute over a gambling debt led to a conflict between Arenas and teammate Javaris Crittenton

Multiple sources told ESPN.com that an argument commenced during a card game on the team's overnight flight back to Washington from Phoenix on Dec. 19 and escalated into a heated exchange between Arenas and Crittenton.
The Wizards had Dec. 20 off, but sources say hostilities between the two resumed Dec. 21 in the locker room on a practice day.

Sources say that Arenas, in response to what was said on the flight, placed the three guns on a chair near Crittenton's locker stall and invited him to pick one before practice on Dec. 21.
Sources said that Crittenton subsequently let Arenas know that he had his own gun.
The Washington Post reported in Sunday's editions that Arenas, according to sources, was expecting Crittenton to see the guns on his chair as a joke based on the earlier back-and-forth on the plane, during which Crittenton allegedly said that he would shoot Arenas in his surgically repaired knee.
But Crittenton, according to Post, reacted angrily and tossed one of the guns to the floor, saying he had his own.

In his statement, Arenas confirmed that the guns were brought out at the Dec. 21 practice.
"As I have said before, I had kept the four unloaded handguns in my house in Virginia but then moved them over to my locker at the Verizon Center to keep them away from my young kids," the statement read.
"I brought them without any ammunition into the District of Columbia, mistakenly believing that the recent change in the D.C. gun laws allowed a person to store unloaded guns in the District. On Monday, December 21st, I took the unloaded guns out in a misguided effort to play a joke on a teammate.

"Contrary to some press accounts, I never threatened or assaulted anyone with the guns and never pointed them at anyone. Joke or not, I now recognize that what I did was a mistake and was wrong. I should not have brought the guns to D.C. in the first place, and I now realize that there's no such thing as joking around when it comes to guns -- even if unloaded."

Arenas met with law enforcement officials on Monday to explain why he had guns at the Verizon Center last month.

Arenas' lawyer issued a statement saying that the player met with federal prosecutors at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia and detectives of the Metropolitan Police Department for more than two hours.

At the NBA's request, the firearms language was bolstered during collective bargaining in 2005. Players are subject to discipline if they bring guns to the arena or practice facility, or even an offsite promotional appearance.

WTF ?! Woman Forges Check, Than Hitches Ride On Ice Cream Truck To Cash It ?

I know it's a recession and all, but stealing from your grandfather ? C'mon Becky. To make matters worse, she found someone ever dumber to pull it all together. Peep the story below....
HOLIDAY — A 22-year-old woman is accused of stealing a check from her 78-year-old grandfather, then conning a friend who drives an ice cream truck to cash the check for her.

Christie Rae Ogden, of 1238 Flotilla Drive in Holiday, was charged Tuesday with uttering a forged instrument. She was already in jail on charges of habitually driving with a suspended or revoked license, possession of controlled substances and violating her probation.

Ogden stole the check from her grandfather on Nov. 5 and wrote it out for $350, according to a report from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. Then she told a 26-year-old ice cream truck driver that she would give him $20 if he took her to the bank and cashed the check, the report said.

The bank teller pretended to cash it but instead called authorities, as there had been problems with Ogden stealing her grandfather's checks in the past, the report said.

A deputy found the ice cream truck in Holiday Lakes Estates and performed a traffic stop so he could interview the driver, who explained how he took Ogden to the bank.

Ogden (pictured, above) remained at the Land O'Lakes jail Wednesday in lieu of $8,763 bail.

Woman Flashes 27k In A Bar...Than Gets Robbed For It. Don't you Know It's A Recession

This has got to be one of the dumbest things I've heard in a long time. You walk into a bar, and flash a LARGE sum of money, and think you're not going to get robbed ? What a dumb ass. Peep the story below.
Massachusetts police say they are searching for two men suspected of robbing a woman of $27,000 after she flashed the cash in a Springfield bar. Sgt. John Delaney said on Friday that the 22-year-old woman was robbed Monday night by two men wearing dark clothing and bandanas, one armed with what appeared to be a semiautomatic handgun.

According to police, the woman bragged in the bar of receiving the $27,000 from an insurance claim. Police say she was later robbed after she left the bar with a male friend.
Delaney said the woman should have put her cash settlement in a bank.

Mom Helps Son Do A Drive-By ?! It's Still So Cold In The "D"

Most moms will help their sons with homework, or any other types of situations a young man will encounter in life. This heifer helped her son pull a drive-by. This proves that it is still very cold in the "D".

A week ago today, the mother of a 15-year-old Detroit boy pulled her van in front of a family rec center, then popped the hood latch from inside so her son could retrieve a .32 revolver stashed within.

The teen apparently missed his intended target from an earlier argument but fatally shot a bystander in the head. He jumped back into the van, and his mother sped off.

"I don't know how we can expect our youth to stay out of violent crime if we have their parents assisting them in that endeavor," Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said Wednesday as she described what police said happened and announced murder charges against Tarranisha Davis, 35, and her son, Tremaine Davis.

Investigators say Tremaine Davis was involved in an argument earlier Oct. 8 at the Considine Little Rock Family Center at 8904 Woodward. Tarranisha Davis, who had been at a gas station across the street, drove over to the center, Worthy said.

"The evidence in this case will show you cannot unlatch the hood unless it is unlatched from the inside" of the van, Worthy said.

Four bullets were fired outside the rec center just before 4 p.m. Dmitri Jackson, 19, whom Worthy said was not the intended target, died.

"I've never ever seen him upset, but he was always ready with a joke," Shavonne Smith, director of Jackson's school, which is across the street from the rec center, said about her student.

Detroit Public Schools sent counselors to Riverside Preparatory Academy to help the 100 students grieve.

Standing silently in 36th District Court at his arraignment Wednesday, Tremaine Davis was remanded to custody without bail, pending a hearing Nov. 6. Worthy intends to prosecute him as an adult. His mother is expected to be arraigned today.

Accidental Bump Leads To Murder-Suicide

What is the world coming to ? I mean, it's already there, where ever that is. Have you ever accidently bumped into someone on the street ? We all have, but these two didn't keep it moving like most of due. The guy to your left killed the guy that bumped him.
According to the New York Post, 28-year-old Army veteran Sirmone McCaulla had just exited a bus from New Jersey and was walking down Eighth Avenue in New York when he happened to bump shoulders with 20-year-old Christopher Gutierrez.
Surveillance cameras captured the incident as it escalated, police said. Gutierrez and McCaulla exchanged words, then Gutierrez is said to have taken off his jacket and assumed a fighting posture.

Moments later, McCaulla produced a knife and stabbed Gutierrez, who collapsed on the steps of a post office, the Post reported.

McCaulla fled the scene but was later tracked to Philadelphia, where he was found to have committed suicide, the Post said, having electrocuted himself in a bathtub by hugging a cable television box.

"This is the way I’m goin out rather go out in the hands of myself than another man sad to say," McCaulla wrote in a suicide note he posted on MySpace before taking his own life.
In it, McCaulla laments how his life turned out: "I tried my best to be the best father I can be but it still seemed to go wrong I couldn’t even win at losing."

And he wrote that he wasn't looking for a fight.
"I had just got off the bus from new jersey didn't have a worry," McCaulla wrote. "Was just tryin to make it home to see my daughter..." McCaulla went on to say that he "didn't mean to kill" Gutierrez.

How Much Did Master P Pay This guy ?!

He caught that case back in 2002, and he's still running around on the street. They must have been raising the case to pay this smart young man to take the fall.
friend of C-Murder is helping to clear his name. C-Murder, real name, Corey Miller, will be re- tried for murder in three weeks. He is charged with second degree murder for the death of 16 year-old, Steve Thomas at a night club back in January of 2002. C-Murder was convicted in 2003 but awarded a new trial for complications with witnesses. A jury for his new trial will be chosen in early August.
Now fortunately for him, his friend Juan Flowers is stepping up to lend him a helping hand. Juan Flowers was with him that 2002 night and now admits that he was the shooter, not the rapper.
Flowers seems to have nothing to lose, considering he is already serving a life sentence in a Georgia prison for another shooting death. The rapper’s lawyer, Ron Rakosky, wants his client’s ally moved from his Georgia prison to testify in the upcoming trial.

“Juan Edwin Flowers has stated under oath that it was he who fired the shot which killed Steve Thomas. His testimony is therefore relevant and he is a material witness.”

The prosecution team for the trial however disagrees. According to prosecutors when previously questioned, Flowers denied that he and Murder were involved in the shooting.

“Flowers denied that he or Corey Miller were responsible for the murder of Steve Thomas.”
Prosecutors are therefore deeming the confession as “exculpatory” or favorable to the defense which would make it unusable.

His confession directly disputes information from another one of C-Murder’s “friends.” Dwayne “Wango” Cobbins was involved with the incident as well. He told prosecutors that he saw C-Murder hit Thomas first but did not see him shoot. After fleeing from the scene he claimed that he heard Juan Flowers say:

“No one could see C. Miller shoot that tiny little gun.”

According to Cobbins, he then figured out that the rapper had a gun hidden in his boot that he used to shoot Thomas. Cobbins later plead guilty to obstruction of justice after threatening a witness in the case. He is currently serving nine years in jail.

The fate of Flowers rests in the hands of Judge Hans Liljeberg. If Judge Liljeberg thinks that he is indeed a material witness, he can have him moved to the Jefferson Parish to testify. If not, then this could be the end for Corey “C-Murder” Miller.

C-Murder is currently at the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail after pleading no contest to two counts of second degree attempted murder for a separate incident. A video emerged showing him shooting at a club owner and bouncer at a Baton Rouge club in 2001. He shot at them after refusing to be searched. A judge sentenced him to ten years for the shooting but gave him credit for time served under house arrest.

If Flowers really did the crime, he’s dirty for not speaking up early. If he didn’t but he’s covering for his friend, then that’s a hell of a friend….but hey, what are friends for?

Man Crush On Lil Wayne ?!

This 'tard ( no disrespect to retarded people for lumping this guy with them) right here was so pressed to meet Lil Wayne, that he called 911 over and over so they could take him to see him What's the deal with people calling 911 for dumb ish these days ?
A Florida man was arrested last week for calling 911 repeatedly, seeking a police escort to the residence of rapper Lil Wayne.
Michael Kruse, 20, charged with making false emergency calls by the St. John’s County Sheriff’s Office.

According to thesmokinggun.com, Kruse called 911 on his cell phone, from his Ford Taurus repeatedly, asking for a picture escort-by-helicopter-to take him to Miami so he could meet with Lil’ Wayne.

An arriving officer probed Kruse, who admitted to calling 911 the previous day as well.
In that incident, Kruse told 911 operators that he might need medical attention because he was under the influence of an unknown substance. When the arriving officer attempted to help, Kruse refused medical attention.
The United States’ 911 system launched in 1968 and handles over 240 million calls annually, with 99% of the country covered with the service.

Officials are looking to crack down on abuse of the 911 system. In some cities, up to 80% of the calls placed to 911 are non-emergency.

In March, a woman was arrested for calling 911 three times, to complain that McDonalds was out of Chicken McNuggets, after she had paid for a ten piece meal.

Last year, a San Francisco man was charged with calling 911 more than 27,000 times.
Bother were charged with misuse of 911 charge and fined as well.

2 Of The Dumbest Criminals Ever

I strongly believe there should be an IQ test given to people before they have children. It should be against the law for two stupid people to have children, because these two, to your left are the result of such union.
DELTONA, Fla. -- A couple of accused burglars decided to ask a Volusia County Sheriff's deputy for a ride home at 4 a.m. Monday, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputy Austin Littleton said he was suspicious when he saw the duo walking along East Fairbairn Drive, so he stopped to investigate. Littleton said the accused crooks told him they had gotten lost after leaving a friend's house, but couldn't pinpoint the house they'd came from
While trying to convince the deputy to give them a lift, one of the accused burglars did a dance for the deputy, claiming he was a up-and-coming rapper, according to a news release. While cutting a rug, the accused burglar revealed some stolen items he had shoved down his pants, the deputy said.
Littleton agreed to give the men a ride only after a quick search. The search revealed GPS units, cell phones, jewelry and a package of strawberry Pop Tarts. The men -- Eshon Hardy, 18, and Theordore Walker III, 20 -- were immediately detained and Littleton called for backup to investigate the area for signs of burglary.
According to a news release, deputies quickly discovered that nine vehicles had been broken into at six different locations along West Gaucho Circle and East Fairbairn Drive.
Deputies said that some of the cars had been ransacked but nothing was stolen, one victim said only her cell phone and charger were taken and only some change and Pop Tarts were stolen out of another car. All the cars were left unlocked overnight.
Hardy and Walker are charged with one count each of burglary. They were booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach on $1,500 bond each.

S.C. Governor Was On A 5 Day Creep Mission

This MF'er to your left went missing for 5 days. The damn Governor was missing for 5 days? He went to Argentina to hike( side-eye ), and they trip off of President Obama going to NY overnight. Turns out he was with his side piece. Wow !

Gov. Mark Sanford admitted Wednesday he's been having an affair with a woman he visited on a secret trip to Argentina and said he'll resign as head of the Republican Governors Association.
Sanford, a rumored 2012 presidential candidate, refused to say whether he'll leave office.
"I've let down a lot of people, that's the bottom line," Sanford said at a news conference. He said he's known the woman about eight years, but their relationship turned into something more a year ago while he was on an economic development trip to Argentina.
Sanford, a 49-year-old father of four, choked up during remarks to reporters. He said his wife has known about the affair for the last five months.
Sanford revealed Wednesday morning that he'd gone to Argentina for a seven-day trip. For two days after reporters starting asking questions, his office had said he had gone hiking on the Appalachian Trial.
Meanwhile, first lady Jenny Sanford had told The Associated Press she did not know where her husband went for the Father's Day weekend.
First elected governor in 2002, the former real estate developer has more than year remaining in his second term and is barred by state law from running again.
A former three-term congressman, Sanford most recently snared headlines for his unsuccessful fight to turn aside federal stimulus cash for his state's schools. His vocal battle against the Obama administration - and libertarian, small-government leanings - won praise from conservative pundits. Ultimately, a state court order required him to take the money.

Sanford's announcement came a day after another prominent Republican, Sen. John Ensign of Nevada, apologized to his GOP Senate colleagues after revealing last week that he had an affair with a campaign staffer and was resigning from the GOP leadership.
Sanford was born May 28, 1960, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the eldest of four siblings. He earned a bachelor's degree in business from Furman University in 1983 and a master's of business administration from the University of Virginia in 1988.
After working for a couple of years in the financial world in New York, he returned to South Carolina and said he was shaped by his summers working on the family plantation. He served in the U.S. House for three terms before honoring a term limits pledge and leaving office in 2001.
In 2002, he defeated incumbent Democrat Jim Hodges by 4 percentage points to become governor and won re-election in 2006, beating Democratic state Sen. Tommy Moore.
As governor, Sanford has had seemingly endless run-ins with the GOP-dominated Legislature, once bringing pigs to the House chamber to protest pork barrel spending. He also put a "spending clock" outside his office to show how quickly a proposed budget would spend state money

It's Not Just Black Folks Who Blow Money !

This guy blew money like he was Hammer. Passing out Bently's to people like they were church mints. More money going out, less money coming in equals a Reality show !!
Producer Scott Storch has signed on to star in a new reality show that will chronicle his return to the music business.

The producer, who has earned an estimated $70 million through his production, fell on hard times earlier this year, when he missed payments on his $10 million Miami mansion, cars and child support payments.

In addition to owing the IRS almost $1 million dollars in back taxes, Storch became a wanted man, when he missed back child support payments to the tune of $46,000.

According to reports, Storch blew over $25 million during a three-year period, during which he was allegedly addicted to cocaine.

Storch’s untitled show will be produced by Bunim/Murray Productions.

Bunim Murray has produced hit series like MTV’s The Real World, Road Rules, Project Runway, Keeping Up With The Kardashians and others.

“This is a monumental moment to see a producer of his caliber let the cameras into his world and see how hit records are made,” Weintraub said. “A lot of people have tried to get Scott to open up the curtain to this process but have never been successful.”

Storch’s show will take place in Miami, Florida, according to Weintraub.
